Okay, so these are not going to win any "best photo" contests, however, it was the best I could do with the location, so here we go.
This is the "before," which to call this an "arrangement" would be overly generous. It could really be called the "plop stuff up there when you don't know what to do with it."
Remember my faux demijohn? I want to do something with it--but there's no time for that right now. I moved the red cloche from the top of the kitchen cabinets.
The tins are the ones my mom gave to me.
Eek! I warned you these weren't the best photos!
...Sweet little owl I found on a thrifting trip. I'm thinking I may paint him. Green...
Edited to add: More info on my rose sphere is over on my sidebar.
I'll be sharing here:
I love the rosette ball. Do you have a tutorial somewhere?
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I have "fixed" the email situation and I need to read more of your blogging tips... little by little I am getting there. I want to try to rosette ball.
ReplyDeletei love the touches of red up there. I know what you mean by not being able to get good pics - I recently changed up the items on top of my cabs, too. Take a peek:

love the owl and think green would be a great color for him/her!
I think it looks great. I am terrible at the whole vignette thing. It takes me forever. But yours looks great.

You changed it up, just right! I need to do that around here too. So glad you found the time to be inspired. :) Looks great.
ReplyDeletePaint the son-of-a-gun is what I say....
ReplyDeleteLove, love , love your displays. Everything looks wonderful. I love that scale too, and the demijohn. Fantastic job. Thanks so much for joining TTT. Hugs, Marty
