Okay, so I'm shamelessly
If you come here often, you know I don't have much of a collection of dishes. (I think it's because of our larger family. I pretty much blame everything that I can't explain on that. Is that wrong?) Fabric, I have.
Anyway, I wanted to take some photos of this embroidered runner. It has beautiful shades of reds/pinks/greens and some gold.
So out came my shades-of-red.
I mentioned in an earlier post how it works so well to mix different shades of the same color. Although, you smart tablescapers probably figured that out a-uh-ges ago!
For these place settings, I used tomato and paprika reds pottery and fabric. Just like adding glaze to our painted projects, the different shades add depth to the place settings.
Stay tuned: I'll show you a closer shot of the runner on Fabric Fun Thursday.
In the meantime, I'm linking with these adored hostesses:
Wow I'm impressed, Not that you needed it but I am :+)
