Consignment Shopping - Tampa

Well.
This is not the post I was intending on. I was able to spend an entire day with one of my best friends. I thought I'd let you get in on some of the fun. We went to a fab consignment store. Today there was a lot of taste-specific items, but it was fun nonetheless!

Pretty settee! Is the fabric too Florida-y?

My friend introduced me to a landmark deli-Wright's Gourmet- that I didn't know existed! We split the best Reuben sandwich. (It was so good, I took a pic of it with my phone. Okay, how odd is that!) All of the sandwiches looked great, it was hard deciding between the Reuben, club, tuna and award-winning Cuban. Oh, they also had bakery items. The peanut butter cupcake looked tempting. They also sold wedges of cake, not pieces, but Viking-sized hunks! They even had red velvet! Yummy!

I love how the furniture placement is reflected in this large-scale mirror, as always a good idea for expanding a space and bouncing light around.

This chair gives the phrase "Go sit in the corner", a whole different spin. Luuuve the deep bullion fringe!

Pretty classic lines.

I want this table for my house!
I will cross my fingers to get my other post up. Soon!

Here are some giveaways from two of my friends:

Sweet Pickles and Chocolate

and
Sweet Jeanette

Don't forget, there's still time to enter my giveaway:
You do NOT have to be a blogger to enter.

  4. Hey--I'm sorry--I usually send an e-mail or come over and comment is they have non-reply e-mail. Did you know your e-mail is set up non-reply. When you leave me a message I can't respond and you don't have your blog on there so someone has to google you to try and find you and you aren't the only cheap chic home?

I made a couple of those vases--They are drying right now.

I signed up to follow you
