Sunglasses Alert!
(for some reason I like these colors pumped up!)
You know the drill: I removed the little rubber feet from the cheese dome and took out all but one of the hooks on the candle holder (I thought I might hang a little something from it).
This is an arrangement on my foyer which was one of the places I had in mind for it to hang out.
I'm just not sure I'm feelin' it in black...
I didn't distress it or give it a finishing coat because of that.

I'm thinking I'm going to repaint it, remove the last little hook, and attach a tassel to the top knob. Does anyone have any other ideas???

I love the picture with the brighter yellow. It makes everything, especially the black, really pop. I see what you mean, though. The black looks a little flat. Can't wait to see what's up that sleeve.
ReplyDeleteI painted the bottom of my combo gloss black but I haven't painted the cloche plate yet. Love your colors, by the way! The gold and black with the green of the artichokes is stunning.
