It has been particularly busy at the CCHomestead. I'm so sorry I've been delinquent on my posts. I packed like a crazy woman this past Saturday, as my mom should be closing on her current house (selling) and on a condo (buying) to move into on Friday.
If you've been following my weight loss team on Facebook, you might remember I was wanting a chocolate muffin.
I'm usually a scratch baker, but these are pretty good. Saturday morning (after I went to a couple of garage sales with Healthy Chick), I whipped these up. What does it have to do with moving my mom? Well, since I was so busy, I decided one of these would be a great "reward." And, when I say "one," I mean a jumbo "one," so it was more like two. I did count it in with the rest of my food that day--and did lose weight this week! If you'd like to join the "Team" we weigh in on Monday mornings on my Facebook page.
