Fabric Fun Thursday No. 20

Number 20?  Really?  It's hard to believe Fabric Fun Thursday has been rolling along that, um, long.  I truly appreciate you all for coming over here sharing your talent and linking your projects with me.

Ready, set, drool...  Let's take a peek at the features, now, shall we?

I don't know when Beverly at Flamingo Toes sleeps!  This is her Ballard table knock off that is just darling.  She really paid a lot of attention to detail.  If you haven't been over to her blog yet, you'll be inspired by tons, and I mean tons, of ideas.  Thanks, Beverly.

This leaf pillow from Lisa at The Pursuit of Happiness is made out of placemats.  I've seen pillows made out of placemats before, I've even made them, but "Hello!" let's use ones that already are cut and have details right on them.  Good thinking, Lisa.

This idea is simple, yet stunning.  I {heart} ideas like that!  Take one (or two) white pumpkins and liberally wrap with fun ribbons.  Result:  Fun, funky decor.  Deanna from Cullen Kids' Mum shared these with us.  She and handsome groom also just celebrated their 13th anniversary, stop over and say "Hi!".

GeorgiaBe at GeorgiaBe The Crafty Side, used her stash to make this Hello Kitty jumper for her daughter.  I loves me some Hello Kitty, stash busting, and twirling little girls...

Burlap?  Toile?  Wanna know how to get featured here?*  Claire at Bless My Nest is the teacher's blogger's pet today for combining two of my favorite fabrics.  For some finessing, Claire also added bee transfers to her runner.   An inspired copy of this will be coming soon to a blog post near you - ha!  *Cute children don't hurt, either!

I'm sure you'll remember last week I was bemoaning how much work my loft draperies were.  Guess what?  Did you guess, yet?  If you guessed "They're hung!" you'd be right.  I'm afraid today all's you'll be getting is a peek.  See?  Peek.  The walls are the same chocolate brown as you normally see in my house and the ceiling is painted, but you'd never know by looking at this photo, I even tinkered with it quite a bit in Picasa to no avail.  I {heart} the way the light shimmers and reflects off of this faux silk fabric.
