Fabric Fun Thursday No. 17

Today, I have fabric to show you that I found at my recent thrift store visit from my last post.  I'm going to trim it up and make pillow covers.  I love the shade of green (like you couldn't tell from glancing around at my blog page???) and that the embroidery thread is a creamy white.  I think I got lucky.

Here are some of your features from last week:

I love what Miss Daisy Cakes did with this pillow cover.   She used natural fabrics and jute to make an appliqued branch and leaves.  This is her first time doing a tutorial (which is fantastic) and the first time to applique.  To see the entire cover, check it out at Daisy Cakes.

Chrissie (a gifted story teller) chronicles the tale of "Tiffany" her sofa and the journey Tiffany goes on while she's getting a new slipcover.  To read all about it go to Chrissies Collections.

Amanda at The Hand Me Down House stenciled sheets, my friends, yes, stenciled sheets to get these custom, no sew, draperies!

I have a soft spot for cute little girls, lavender, ruffles, and embellishments.  I think Tanya at Frou Frou Britches does, too.  Take a look at the jeans she appliqued for her daughter.  Is this outfit adorable, or what?

Your turn:

Remember, these don't have to be items you've made yourself.  Pretty rooms, great deals, vintage finds that contain fabric all count!

The fine print:

Link up rules. Please be a sweetheart and...

1. Link your post, not your general URL. (Click on the title of your post. Copy and paste from your address bar.)

2. Link to this blog with my FFT button or refer to this event in your post so others can join in the fun or I'll have to send blogging gremlins over to come and haunt your blog.  If I can't find a reference to FFT I'll have to delete your entry--please don't make me hunt all over for it, if I can't find it, others will not be able to either.  I really hate to do this!

3.  Please no direct Etsy or store links.  If you are showing us how to do something, then putting it in your store, that's fine.

4. DO YOU LOVE COMMENTS?  Please try to visit three other links and leave a comment.  You'll be glad you did--there is so much talent out there.
