This cupboard, above the desk area where the family computer sits, houses many "smalls" and "mediums" that only occasionally get called into service.

If you look really hard, and maybe squint, you can see the Easter baskets in these bins on the top pantry shelves.
Most of them are in-service, which I would also call keeping them in plain sight: They hold needlework, paperwork, coasters, pillows and blankets...
Magazines in the entertainment center.
Meet The Loiterers:
Clockwise from top right: Mini book wreath, new liners, autumn hutch, ruffled wreath, Easter arrangement, Feeling Blue tablescape, center ruffled tray liner. Ooo, I'd like some peanut m&ms right about now. (I hope two collages in one post wasn't too much!)
Now it's your turn to 'fess up. Where do you keep it all? I'm linking with:
You have a great collection! I love the way you use have used them and dressed them up! I collect the Longaberger pottery, but I am no where near the level you are at!
ReplyDeleteI used to have loads and loads of baskets (just ordinary ones) but I got rid of three-quarters of them lately...and only kept the active ones and a few hardcore faves.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining in the fun! The "it" in "Where do you keep it all?" is anything you collect! For you, it's baskets, and yes for me dishes or anything plate related.
ReplyDeleteYou've got a fine collection of baskets. Like me, I like to keep mine in plain sight!
Thanks again for joining in the fun.
Maybe you'll join us on Sunday as I host "Summer Sundays". It's all about what summer means to YOU. Hope to see you then.

Love all of your baskets. They really are fun to decorate with, and also great storage. You do have some fabulous ones and they are stored so neat. I'm impressed. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteHi Kim,
ReplyDeleteI love baskets, too and have a bunch stashed just about everywhere! Are those Longaberger baskets?! I have 4 of them and love 'em. I really loooove the little blue & white fabric wreath with the rhinestone embellishment on one of your baskets! Did you make it?
I'm not a big basket person, but my roommate uses them well to hide her junk.
ReplyDeleteKim....your baskets are all wonderful! I too collect baskets and storing/displaying them can be a challenge. Thanks for some great ideas for both :)
