Please Pass the Mustard!

I have to confess my Cheap Chicness self bought both home and personal fashions from Dillard's last week with no sale (gasp!) or coupon (double gasp!) in sight.
In my own defense, come on, how great are these mustard-tone items.  High fashion meets home fashion!

I tried on yellow shoes last spring, but I wasn't crazy about them.  You know how we all have our preferred style that just works for us?  Well, last year the shoes just weren't workin'.  This year - yummy-luscious!

The towels.  Oh my!  I just could not get this exact  yummy-luscious  mustard-y shade out of my mind.  They are made by Echo, from the same line as the shower curtain I purchased (but still remains a visual bloggy secret)

What about you?  Has any personal fashion collided with your home fashion?
(Mustard image from realsimple.com).

Please come back later tonight (or early tomorrow) with your basket project.  My Giveaway is still going on...

  1. Love the color. So pretty. Sometimes you just have to have something even without a sale or a coupon. Great finds. Hugs, Marty

  9. My fashion collides with my home decor in the way that Barbara Streisand's pj's matched her sheets in On a Clear Day You Can See Forever - this movie is too cute.

  11. Hello Yellow! Ya know, I never used to like yellow...and green...and... but it seems the older I've become, the (better) my tastes have changed. Very nice, and adorable shoes too!
