One of my January goals is to spruce up my current basket collection and probably weed a few out.
Since sewing with drop cloths is popular around blogland, I thought I'd use one to replace the old liner that was in this basket with one made from drop cloth fabric.
I also thought it would be fun to add a jute tassel. (The jute's still a little "squirrelly" from being tightly wound - I guess some people are like that, too - smile.)
What a cute basket liner...love how you made the ruffle! Was the drop cloth fabric easy to sew with?

Very cute, Kim! My fabric of choice lately. I love the ruffle. I added a similar ruffle to a drop cloth pillow I made. Rusticly chic tassel too.
