Now, I just want to let you all know, I did try an automated name-picker at www.classtools.net. It did work, but I was a little skittish using an automated version, so I opted to do it the old fashioned way.

[What I learned was when I do this again, I will keep track of entries either daily or every few days, so the job doesn't seem so big (I did work on it earlier in the week which helped immensely). I will probably use the automated version next time. To make the entries, I listed every one's name (along with a number, ex.: Person1,) in Excel for each entry, then I copy and pasted it to the name picker. ]
